Joe Naylor - Joe is company owner and oversees all product design. Born 1961, a guitarist since 1980, Joe holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design, is a graduate of Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery and has repaired guitars professionally since 1982. In 1992 he opened Joe's Guitar Exchange & Repair, a storefront specializing in repair and sales of vintage/used gear. The store evolved into J.F. Naylor Engineering, one of the forerunners in boutique amps and vintage style speakers. In 1996 Joe sold Naylor and launched Reverend Musical Instruments.

Kristen Naylor - Kristen and Joe married in 1988. Kristen manages the office, efficiently handling sales, invoicing, accounting, finances and anything else Joe would certainly screw up. She also travels to several guitar shows when she's not busy with her other jobs as a kindergarten teacher, karate instructor and mother of three.

Steve Yankee - Steve is our Marketing Director. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and has played guitar since 1983. Steve joined Reverend in early 2002, and drawing on his extensive experience in the industry has added new life to print ads and the ever-evolving website.

Zack Green - Zack inspects, strings, and sets up every Reverend guitar, and handles supply purchasing. Look for his intitials "ZSG" on the back of the headstock. A guitarist since 1984, he began repairing guitars professionally in 1991 and then joined Reverend in 1999. In his spare time Zack restores vintage arcade games and muscle cars, and maintains his collection of about 50 guitars.

Ken Haas - Ken is our Sales Director and manages Artists Relations. He handles all in-house sales, artist inquiries, and works NAMM and guitar shows with Joe. A guitarist since 1981, Ken owns 60+ guitars and has played in several Toledo and Detroit rock outfits including the Hoolapoppers, Culture Bandits, Zimmerman Twins and his current project, Polka Floyd.

Reverend Road Crew

Penny Haas - Ken's wife Penny often assists at guitar shows nationwide. She brings a civilized charm to the booth, in contrast to Ken and Joe's sometimes childish behavior. A guitarist since 1999, she played in the all female punk band Click. She is currently playing keys in Polka Floyd. Penny and Ken combined own over twenty-five Reverend guitars making them the unofficial "Reverend Toledo".

Johnny Cola (FDP Member #13) - Johnny often works eastern guitar shows. Almost every musician seems to know him and he speaks "New Yawk" fluently. Guitarist/bassist since 1971, he's been published in Vintage Guitar, frequents L.I. jams, plays the Riverhead Blues Festival and haunts NYC guitar shops during breaks from his day job as NY's Sales Rep for Champion Athleticwear ("I know more about Bras than any man should").
