Effective August 28 through September 30, 2008

Buy any new Reverend guitar from an authorized Reverend dealer located in the USA and receive a $30 mail-in rebate.

To receive rebate, completely fill out printable PDF Rebate Form, and mail to Reverend along with photocopy of original store sales receipt.

DETAILS:
- Offer applies to dealers located in the USA and customers residing in the USA only.
- Purchase date must be on or before September 30, 2008.
- Rebate form must be received by Reverend no later than October 31, 2008.
- Offer applies to any Reverend guitar being sold as new by an authorized Reverend dealer.
- Offer does not apply to used guitars, or USA series Reverend guitars.
- Guitars returned for refund will not qualify for rebate.
- Allow up to 90 days to receive rebate check.
